Senior/Lead J2EE System Architect
Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
- Serve as the lead architect in the design, implementation, and management of an application development environment focused on enterprise IT solutions in a large-scale engineering or manufacturing setting. Define application structure and behavior.
- Generate platform-specific J2EE models, XML/XMI, and Java source code as required.
- Assist with management of enterprise-level application development products such as BEA Weblogic and Eclipse.
- Assist with framing technical issues for management staff; prepare procedure and policy guidance concerning management of the technical applications environment. Provide mentoring as required to technologists assigned to implementation of J2EE architectures features.

Lead Software Engineer
Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
We are currently seeking a Lead Software Engineer who will be part of a team of senior software engineers responsible for guiding the migration of legacy client server systems to web / web services implementation. Must be able to work with requirements team, software development teams, and test teams to ensure that standards are being met, and that functionality and performance requirements are being satisfied. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in client server systems migration to web or portal based frameworks. Basic Qualifications:

Senior IBM Websphere Administrator
Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
The selected candidate will perform administrative and monitoring tasks related to the support of Websphere application servers (WAS), including installing the software, configuring, tuning, and backup and recovery. Provide senior technical leadership, guidance, and support in the design, development, and deployment of complex applications in distributed computing environments. Specific emphasis will be focused on J2EE, Web Services, Portals, Integration, and SOA capabilities. Define the application architecture(s) taking into account business and technical requirements, client environment, commercial tools, and stated project/program objectives. Provide advanced troubleshooting and consulting services to the project team(s) when requested.
