Senior Business IT Analyst

• Analyze and capture business requirements utilizing elicitation techniques including interviews, questionnaires, brainstorming, observations, facilitation and existing documentation
• Analyze, gather requirements, and prepare test conditions for different interfaces, which involve different technical flows and cater to different business requirements and script execution in Mercury’s quality center and reporting the status of the scripts and also logging defects against them in the Clear Quest tool
• Act as an internal consultant with technology and business groups by evaluating current information technology processes and recommending new e-commerce solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities
• Extensively involved in computer system Process development & Process reengineering for Online Sales Marketing—including Banner & Splash Ad campaigns. Implemented processes like Fast Track & E2E process for the Online Sales Marketing which supports the various products (Banking, Loan & Investments) through IT systems such as WIB/Apps2K channel
• Negotiate priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders (such as Product managers, Technology group, Middle ware layers)
• Analyze specifications on the STAR Membership as well STAR Auto application and prepare detailed test conditions for various System and System Integration functionalities
• Assist Project Teams in preparing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Software Design Documents (SDD), User Interface Design, designing of Application Architecture & Business Requirements document; and Extensively involved in writing Business Requirements Document with Business Process Maps for various Line of Business.

Qualifications 

• 5-6 years experience in systems analysis on development, integration, and/or IT infrastructure projects
• Experience in designing and facilitating requirements gathering sessions
• Experience in designing and facilitating business process engineering sessions
• Experience in leading process improvement efforts is very valuable
• Work with the PMO in applying IT project methodology in a complex, fast-paced business environment is required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills are essential, along with skills in developing project proposals

• Strong skills using MS Office
• Experience working in global teams
